No. You don't need to create an account to shop with us although we do hope you create an account and sign up to our newsletter so we can keep you updated on how your purchases have helped dogs in need.
There is a section at the bottom of every page on our website 'Join our mailing list'. Simply add your email address and we will keep you informed of all latest news on products and the great work our rescue centre partners are doing and how your purchases have helped support them.
If you want to take a break from our emails you can unsubscribe from our newsletters. You can do this by clicking 'Unsubscribe' at the bottom of any email you’ve received. Please note it can take up to 7 days for this to take effect.
If you ever want to re-join our newsletter you can sign up at the bottom of any page on our website.
We’re sorry you can’t access your account. We’ll try and get you back online as fast as we can.
The first thing to do is reset your password. You can do this by clicking the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the login page. If you’ve created an account with us with the email you’re trying to log in with you’ll be sent an email to reset your password. This should let you access the site.
If that doesn’t work please contact as at support@miraculousmeals.co.uk or use the chat button on our website and we’ll be in touch right away to help you get back online.
Creating an account only take a second. Here’s how you do it:
1. Go to https://www.miraculousmeals.co.uk/account/register
2. Follow the instructions to enter your emails address and choose a password
3. You’ll receive an email to confirm your account. Just click ‘Activate your account’ and you’ll be redirected to our website and your account all set up

Often the way to fix this is to delete your cookies. To do that visit ‘tools’ or ‘history’ (it can vary depending on the browser you’re using). Once you’ve done this if you close and reopen your browser you should be able to access the site.
If you still can’t access the site you can try using another browser or updating your operating system.
If none of the above have worked then please contact us at support@miraculousmeals.co.uk with:
- As much information as possible on the problem
- Any screen shots of error messages you’re receiving
- The web browser you’re using – for example, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome etc
To change the details of your account go to the account section of the website where you can make changes to your password, email address or delivery address.

Just a reminder that having an account with Miraculous Meals is free and makes shopping that little bit quicker and easier as you don’t have to enter your details each time. If you just want to unsubscribe from our newsletter simply click ‘Unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any email.
If you still want to go ahead and deactivate your account, all you need to do is contact us at support@miraculousmeals.co.uk with at least two of the following:
- Your last order number
- Your address
- Your registered email address
Once you've confirmed this information, we'll deactivate your account and let you know it’s been done.
