Subscriptions
There are two main benefits to getting a subscription:
1. You never have to worry about running out of food for your furry friend – we know you’re busy so our subscriptions are designed to be flexible and easy to manage so there’s one less thing for you to worry about
2. You get a 5% discount on every subscription order – why give me a 5% discount when that’s money that could go to rescue dogs we hear you say. It’s simple really. We want you to always buy your food from us as the longer you’re with us the more impact we can have in the world. So we want to make it easy for you to stay.
1. Add your products to you cart
Fill up your cart with the products you would like to subscribe to.
2. Tick subscribe in the ‘view cart’ section of the website
Complete your purchase and your subscription is set up.
3. Update your subscription
You can change the product selection and shipment dates in the ‘Manage subscription’ section of your account and pause or cancel anytime, no strings attached.
Of course you can. Just choose the items you want, add them to your cart and check the ‘One off purchase’ box in the ‘View cart’ section of the website ahead of proceeding to purchase.
To remove products from your subscription:
- Login to your account
- Click on 'Manage Subscriptions' where you will be able to see active subscriptions, reschedule, skip and delete them.
With our subscriptions you only pay for the next upcoming shipment.
The first payment is made as soon as you start your subscription to cover the first shipment. For the following shipments, the date of your next order shown on your account is the date the order will be charged for and processed. It will be with you the next working day.
We will always notify you by email a few days before your next order is due to be charged. Giving you time to move the delivery date if required - see the 'How do I change the delivery date of my subscription?' FAQ below
If there are any problems with your payment, we will notify you by email with instructions to update your payment method.
It’s unlikely but the price of certain products in a subscription could change. We will always email you 7 days before your next subscription order so you’ll always know the current price of your subscription.
To change your payment method:
- Go to your account
- Click on ‘Manage subscriptions’
- Within the manage subscriptions section click on ‘Address & payment details’ where you’ll be able to view your current payment method and change it if needed.
We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards, paypal and Shop Pay. We also accept digital wallet payments from Apple Pay and Google Pay.
You can add an additional discount code to your first subscription order on top of the 10% we already give. All orders after your first order will only get the ongoing 10% subscription discount not the additional first order discount.
To reschedule your subscription, simply login to your account at:

Then click on 'Manage Subscriptions'. When you locate the subscription that you would like to reschedule, click 'reschedule' where you will be able to delay for 1 week, 2 weeks or choose a specific date.
To change the frequency of your subscription:
- Go to your account and click on 'Manage subscriptions'.
- On the manage subscription page click on 'Manage subscriptions'.
- Go to the subscription you want to change the frequency for and select the new frequency you want.
This change will apply to your next upcoming order and all following orders.
If an order has been processed or is being processed you won't be able to change the address but you can for any upcoming orders.
To change your address:
- Go to your account
- Click on ‘Manage subscriptions’.
- Within manage selection click on ‘Address & payment details’ where you’ll be able to view your current address and change it if needed.
You will receive a notification when your subscription is dispatched and your order will arrive the next working day.
To pause your subscription:
- Go to your account
- Click on 'Manage subscriptions'
- On the manage subscription page click on 'Upcoming orders' - here you can skip orders so they don't arrive. You also have the flexibility to schedule the date you want the next one to arrive.
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to your account
- Click on 'Manage subscriptions'.
- On the manage subscription page click on 'Manage subscriptions'.
- Go to the subscription you want to cancel and click 'Manage this subscription'.
- At the bottom of the page you'll see a button to cancel the subscription.
