Helping Dogs 4 Rescue make a difference

We visited Dogs 4 Rescue to present them with a donation on behalf of all or amazing customers and to find out more about their unique approach to rescue.

Dogs 4 Rescue is an innovative, independent dog rescue centre located outside Manchester. Founded by Emma Billington, the organization has pioneered a kennel-free approach to dog rehabilitation and rehoming, allowing dogs to live together in a communal environment rather than in traditional kennels.

This unique model focuses on rescuing dogs that are often overlooked, including those with behavioural issues, medical needs, or from challenging backgrounds. By providing a nurturing, home-like setting, Dogs 4 Rescue facilitates socialisation and rehabilitation, preparing these dogs for adoption into loving homes.

In addition to their Manchester site, Dogs 4 Rescue have expanded to a 41-acre sanctuary and rehabilitation retreat known as Rescue World, located in rural Lancashire. This facility serves as a haven for dogs requiring long-term care and offers an environment conducive to healing and rehabilitation.
